Heather was clearly meant for this profession, working with her has been an exciting and nurturing experience. As my first experience with coaching, I was worried that sharing about myself during sessions would reveal my inconsistencies in a way that made me feel embarrassed or judged. On the contrary, Heather has made me feel so comfortable and at times even catches me when I lay judgment on myself.
